Depart in the morning for Jim Corbett Park - one of )ndia’s finest wildlife preserves. It harbors incredible variety of wildlife including tigers, leopards, panthers, wild elephants, sambers, cheetahs, barking deer, Himalayan and sloth bears, crocodiles and tortoise.

The park lies at the foothills of the Himalayas and the terrain is ideally suited to the tiger. Avifauna in the park is rich and over 600 species have been recorded here. Activities include jungle safari by jeep and elephant, treks, boat rides and nature walks.

Travel to Jaipur. The pink city is known around the world for its people and exotic palaces, its culture & arts. The city tour visiting Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds).

Ranthambore Tiger Reserve extends to over 220 square miles of forest with numerous valleys and flat hills in a picturesque surrounding. The tiger and leopard are the main predators found here. It is also home to cheetah, sambers, and the blue bull, found only in )ndia In these two days we will have several jungle excursions accompanied by resident warden to view and photograph the wildlife.

Drive to Bharatpur and check into the Forest Lodge. On our boat ride in the lake we should be able to see painted storks, white ibis, spoonbills, egrets and herons. This is the only sanctuary out side of Siberia where the Siberian cranes migrate during the winter months.

On our way to Agra we will visit Fatehpur Sikri - the red sandstone Mughal palatial complex, within the enclosure is a mosque built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar and dedicated to the Sheikh Salim Chisti, a Muslim Sufi Saint who blessed him with a son.
The most perfect mausoleum in the world, perhaps, is the Taj Mahal. We will explore its serene beauty and visit Agra Fort and the city.

Fly to Khajuraho. Explore the Chandela Temples in the afternoon.

Transfer to Bandhavgarh National Park. Check into lodge. Orientation by the game warden in the evening. The first white tiger was found in Bandhavgarh. The park’s population includes tiger, panther, blue bull, and sloth bear. During our stay we will have several wildlife excursions by jeep or elephant and nature walks, boat rides accompanied by resident naturalist.

Drive to Khajuraho airport and fly to Varanasi. Meeting and transfer to hotel.

Sunrise boat ride in Varanasi. City tour visiting various temples and Sarnath prior to our flight to Kathmandu.

Full day city tour visiting Hanuman Dhoka, Temple of Living Goddess and excursion to Bhadgaon.

Fly / drive to Tiger Tops or Gaida and transfer by elephant or jeep. Chitwan National Park harbors one horned rhino, bear, wild boar, fresh water dolphin, leopard, crocodile and ever-elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Activities will include visits to elephant camp and crocodile reserve, jungle safari by elephant, mini treks and nature walks accompanied by resident experts and river rafting. We will spend one night at the lodge and the other in tented camps.
